Medical City Healthcare seeks a dedicated RN Oncology to deliver specialized, evidence-based care to adult cancer patients. In our collaborative, innovation-driven environment, you’ll administer chemotherapy, manage complex symptoms, and support patients and families through all phases of treatment. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team. Provide compassionate, evidence-based oncology nursing care to adult patients in an acute care setting
Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy safely, following all protocols and safety standards
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor treatment response and side effects
Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with oncologists and the care team
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, symptom management, and post-discharge care
Coordinate interdisciplinary care with physicians, pharmacists, social workers, and support staff
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and support quality initiatives
Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards to ensure a safe care environment
