When you walk onto the floor at Dogwood, you're never alone. Five board-certified critical care specialists support every emergency case as needed. Surgery, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Anesthesiology, Oncology, Radiology, Behavior Medicine, and Palliative Care are all in the same building, on the same shared record.

Our second location - opening soon - will add Neurology, Interventional Cardiology, and Dermatology to that bench, deepening the specialty support behind every emergency case we see.

Compensation and Benefits:

• ProSal model with a $225K+ base salary and 27% production- no negative accrual and absolutely no non-compete clause .
• 120 hours PTO, plus 4 additional days of CE-specific PTO and a $5K CE allowance to keep your skills sharp.
