Job Overview:
Fairview is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician to join M Health Fairview Cancer Care Center Edina. Located in the Fairview Southdale Physicians Building, our providers will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets both your medical and personal needs. Join a group of physicians interested in staying on the cutting edge of their field and participating in quality improvement committees.
Practice details:
- Join a collaborative group of 7 Physicians and 7 Advanced Practice Providers.
- Affiliated with the University of Minnesota, our community clinics provide exceptional, patient-centered care along with the ability to enroll patients in leading-edge clinical trials and participates in tumor boards.
- Openings: 1.0 FTE (flexible schedule) plus shared inpatient rounding responsibilities.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME Hematology/Oncology fellowship-training program.
- Board eligible/certified in Hematology and Oncology with the America Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association
- Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
