- Location: Des Moines, IA 50314 (Iowa travel nursing job)
- Setting/Unit: 8 South Oncology (Med/Surg Telemetry)
- Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (Travel RN)
- Start Date: 02/23/2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (through 05/24/2026)
- Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Shift Duration: 12-hour night shift
- Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
- Weekend/Holiday Rotation: EOW / EOH
- Floating: Must be willing to float between the main campus and West Des Moines
Job Requirements (RN Qualifications)
- Experience: 0 years required
- License: Active RN license (state license verification required for onboarding)
- Certifications/Competencies: RN Medical / Surgical/ Telemetry
- Compliance: Must be able to meet onboarding requirements such as license verification and required health/history screenings
Responsibilities
- Provide RN-level patient care aligned with unit needs and facility policies
- Work scheduled 12-hour night shifts and support safe patient care practices
- Float between the main campus and West Des Moines as assigned
