Travel Nurse Job Details

• Location: Fargo, ND (ZIP: 58102) – North Dakota nursing jobs
• Healthcare Setting: Acute care, Med/Surg Resource Team/Float Pool
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 12/1/2025 – End: 3/2/2026)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts; includes every other weekend and holiday
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2050-$2200

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active North Dakota RN License or Compact State Registered Nurse License
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• Minimum 1 year recent Med/Surg RN experience in a busy hospital (200+ beds)
• EPIC EMR experience
• Previous float pool nursing experience preferred
• Experience in a Level 2 or higher trauma center preferred
• Ability and willingness to float within Med/Surg cluster and between Fargo campuses

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive head-to-toe patient assessments and document care plans
• Administer medications via multiple routes in accordance with clinical protocols
• Deliver wound, line, and drain care to diverse patient populations
• Float to all Med/Surg units across multiple hospital campuses, including specialty units (oncology, trauma, cardiac, neuro, observation, medical behavioral, innovations)
• Utilize healthcare technology such as Epic EMR, Accudose Rx, Alaris IV pumps, and Philips vital signs machines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Participate in unit-specific training, orientation, campus tours, and team expectation sessions
