Summary
We are seeking a Hematology Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (APP), either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our collaborative team. You’ll work alongside Hematologist/Oncologists, Advanced Practice Providers, and a robust support team to provide whole-person care to patients with solid tumors and hematologic conditions.
We have openings for Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA) in multiple locations in Minneapolis/ St. Paul and surrounding areas.
- Fulltime, 1.0 position.
- Position may include weekend rounding 1 in every 6 weeks.
- Your responsibilities will include seeing patients in the clinic, the hospital and covering the infusion center.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Manage patients in the clinic and infusion center
- Order and interpret diagnostics
- Prescribe medications and therapies
- Educate patients and families on chronic illness and wellness care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer to specialists as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- MN RN license (for NPs)
- National certification (ANCC or NCCPA)
- DEA registration
- BLS certification (within 180 days of hire)
Preferred:
- 2+ years of Oncology experience
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary Range: $131,144 – $159,432 (based on experience and qualifications)
