Description
Seeking a full-time Gynecologic Oncologist to join an established practice at Monument Health’s Cancer Care Institute, a state-of-the art, newly expanded 60,000 sq. ft. facility located adjacent to Monument Health Rapid City Hospital, a 417-bed tertiary referral center.
Our opportunity provides:
- A multi-disciplinary complement of cancer and other specialists, including Certified Genetic Cancer Risk Assessment (GCRA) provider, medical oncology, radiation oncology, general surgery, plastic surgery, breast surgery, thoracic surgery, urology, neurosurgery, vascular surgery, interventional radiology, pathology, and palliative medicine.
- A dedicated team of professionals committed to providing personalized cancer care through access to supportive services including an Advanced Practice Provider dedicated solely to the Gynecologic Oncology team, palliative care, nurse navigators, dedicated pharmacist, dietitian services, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, chaplaincy, and community support groups.
- Proven quality via accreditation status from the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers.
- Access to research and clinical trials through gynecologic cancer research conducting Phase 2 and 3 clinical trials in conjunction with pharma, alliance NCCTG, and RTOG supported by specialized cancer research coordinators.
- Referral Base with a population exceeding 428,000.
- Academic participation via faculty appointment with the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine.

Qualifications
- Successful completion of an accredited gynecological oncology fellowship
- Board Eligible/Certified with the American Board of OB/Gyn and Gynecology as a subspecialty
- Strong clinical background in evaluation and management of gynecologic malignancies
- Candidates of all experience levels are welcome and encouraged to apply
