The Providence Swedish Cancer Institute (PSCI) is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon to join the growing multidisciplinary Breast Program in Issaquah, Washington. This is an opportunity to step into a highly collaborative, patient-centered cancer program and play a meaningful role in advancing high-quality breast care for the Eastside community.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive surgical care for patients across the spectrum of benign and malignant breast disease while working closely with a well-established, integrated team of medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, breast imaging specialists, genetic counselors, advanced practice clinicians, nurses, and support staff. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, team-oriented surgeon who values evidence-based care, open communication, and a mission-driven environment.
About the Program
The PSCI Breast Program is a regionally recognized, multidisciplinary program committed to delivering personalized, high-quality breast care. The Issaquah campus offers a community-based practice environment with strong academic and tertiary-care integration across the broader Swedish and Providence networks. Surgeons benefit from established referral patterns, robust APP and nursing support, and seamless collaboration with subspecialty partners across the region.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive surgical management of benign and malignant breast disease, including breast cancer and high-risk patients
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborative care planning
- Work closely with medical oncology, radiation oncology, breast imaging, pathology, genetics, and supportive services to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, program development, and clinical pathway advancement within the Breast Program
- Support a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement aligned with PSCI's mission and values
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited General Surgery residency
- Fellowship training in Breast Surgery or Surgical Oncology with a breast-focused practice
- Board certified or board eligible in General Surgery
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Washington State
- Strong commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation is between $413,634 and $491,550 per year

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
